Is there a way to change the default blog page header? Currently it shows the blog title, but those are typically too long. I would like to override all of those with the title "Articles".

What is the best way to achieve this? This page is a good example: https://www.verdipro.com/sandbox/americanmetals/metal-roofs-for-coastal-and-hurricane-prone-environments/

The title shows on 2 lines, but I would rather that be replaced with the word Articles.
