Some websites dont cash fonts locally
Hi,
we use BeTheme a lot for our client websites and I noticed that actually some websites do not cash fonts locally with the BeTheme option... Some, is there something wrong in the settings?
For example this website does not work: https://fahrschule-dahlke.de/
I will send login details to the contact form you have... Maybe you could assist us with this, because we have over 50 BeTheme licenses and we did notice that some websites do not work...
We cannot use Google fonts because we are based in Germany, where we are not legally allowed to load fonts from Google, so this is a very important feature.

Are all your websites on the same hosting or do you use different providers?
I am asking especially regarding the websites where this option does not work properly.
Aslo the website you sent access to seems to have local fonts working properly.

Most of them are hosted on IONOS (previous 1&1), then Strato and one that does not work is on Hosteurope, so multiple providers...
Yes, now it works, I did try again to load them locally and now it worked ok, but I am just curious if we can do something extra when it does not load sometimes...

for example these ones do not function, I used the OMGF plugin for these sites, but maybe there is a way to actually work with BeTheme as well, let me know if you would need login details for these sites.
If you want us to check these websites, then indeed, login details will be necessary along with FTP credentials.
