  What kind of file is that?

  Favicons should have ICO extension. Please see the following article:

  ok but the problem is not that, in reality the file does not exist... we removed it from the ftp and I don't understand why it doesn't let me save the settings

  Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

  Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to the parent, and recheck it.

  Also, go to Betheme -> System status, and check if your server meet theme requirements.

  Hi, we figured out it was the server that had ModSecurity enabled, and by disabling that, the site works... I'll contact the server.
