Licence substitution
Hello, we’re writing to you because we’ve purchased a new licence, as ours had expired some time ago and needed updating, but we can’t enter the new purchase code, and when we try to deregister the theme, it won’t let us. We’re stuck – could you help us?

1st screenshot clearly show that you're using illegal version of Betheme. In such case, please remove ALL theme files from FTP and install version downloaded from Themeforest.
