BeBuilder saving page is not completing

After I add a image to a block with BeBuilder and try to save, the saving takes forever, doesn't complete.

I saw the other discussion where it is recommended to purge the cache, but I don't find that option anywhere on the Wordpress dashboard.

Any other suggestions?
