It doesn't make the slightest difference whether you use the Column Text item or the Visual Editor. Both elements render standard HTML output on the frontend, which is exactly what search engine crawlers (like Googlebot) see and index.
From an SEO perspective, the technical container you use to insert the text is completely irrelevant. What truly matters is the content itself—its quality, relevance, proper use of headings (H1-H6), and value to the user. Focus on writing good content and structuring it correctly, and do not worry about which builder element you use to display it.
