Theme Update Issues
Hey guys I have a bit of an unconvential issue here. We had a person hired way back who customized BeTheme incorrectly. Which led to us (recently) having to just install a fresh version of the theme. The site pulled in all of the elements retained styles, etc. However, when i try to update any of the modules in BeBuilder none of them show any data likely due to old versions or something i'm guessing.
I attmepted to rebuild the modules and just phase out the older modules as I recreated them in the new version of the bulder but i can no longer save the pages either. So something is blocking it from saving. Would you guys be able to take a look and see if you can pinpoint the issue?

Thank you! You guys are the best. :)
Ok just tried it out and I was able to adjust the elements and add new ones but i'm still unable to save the page. Can you confirm that works as well? (trying from beBuilder?)
I have tested that by adding a dot at the end of the sentence, and it worked.
Does it happen on a particular pages, or are there any steps to reproduce this issue?
Best regards
For me it was happening on the homepage. (still is) See if you can save that one.
After I disabled plugins, the home page could be saved successfully:
To find the culprit, disable your plugins one by one.
BTW, I tried to reactivate plugins, but for some reason, I could not access the plugins tab. Please check if it works for you.
Best regards
No it's not working for me, in fact i can no longer even access the dashboard. It throwing a 403 and redirecting too many times on login.
Ok i was able to get in, i think wordfence was the culprit. Thank you for your help, appreciate you guys!
(disregard was able to figure this out.) thanks guys!
I am glad we could help.
