One page has a different footer
All my web pages use the same default template. All of them display the same Footer #1 except for one page, which displays a different Footer #1 -- shown below. I can't find where this rogue Footer lives, I can't figure out how it ended up on this page, it's not in Widgets.
Here is the correct footer, which is on all other pages:

Scroll to the footer to see. Then click on any other page, scroll to the footer. Please note that in the correct version of the footer, 'Newsletter' is capitalized, so you can quickly tell the difference.

Thank you for your prompt response. Now there is a new problem. I updated the staging site with no problems. It is a recent copy of the live site. The problem persists on the staging site even though all updates were installed successfully.
