Blog not show the latest post
Hi,
In the news archive template, the latest article isn't displayed (it starts showing from the second one in order of publication).
Also, in homepage, the “featured post” option is being ignored.

Actually, I had set the offset to 1. I removed it, and now it's working fine. Thank you!

Yes, this option should work for sticky posts.

I've marked a post as sticky. The problem is that the “Ignore Sticky Posts” option isn't working. Whether it's turned on or off, nothing changes.
