I was trying to copy info box from this page: http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/dentist/contact/
but I failed. I don't know how to change the default tick icons to look like in your demo.

this is "Contact box", not info box. That's why you failed.
Anyway - as a newbie to this theme I find it difficult to recognize which shortcode is which. I think it'd be a great help if you could place the default appearance of at least some of the shortcodes in your documentation. Or maybe a links to them. Just a thought.
