Trailer Box hover effect has changed

Hi, I updated my BeTheme to 8.9 on the weekend and the Trailer Box now behaves differently than before. The small blue tag line box has disappeared as has the animated white line and the overlay is now blue and a much darker grey. How can I get it back to the way it was. See the Screen Grab below.

I believe this is part of the «simple» style option. Go back to the normal style, and your trailer box will go back to normal.

I don't know if I should make a new topic for this, but I have the same issue and that doesn't solve my problem. The whole site is already built in <simple> style and I would much rather just customize the CSS for the trailer box than change the whole page. I can't seem to find the correct element with the browser inspector to stylize.
By the way, I'm assuming the "style option" refers to the Header Style tab? Or is there some other option I'm missing?

@joinvix Sorry but we still do not understand what you want to show on screenshot. You mean to remove this grey effect on hover? Is that what you want to do? If yes, then please send us url to page where you got this content.

We are not sure which simple style you mean but the only section where you can switch between default and simple styles is Theme options > Global > General section.

The content is in an internal test server, the site is not yet online. And yes, that's what I meant. I can't find that grey box on the code in order to remove it with custom CSS.

I was referring to "bobguegan"'s reply which mentioned that. I assume changing the Global style will change a bunch of other stuff on the site?

Just checked, Main style is set to "Default" already.

@joinvix We also have no idea where from this grey box comes because on screenshot it does not look like a Hover Box item. Let us know, when site will be online so we can check where from this hover comes because our demo, the item you refer to does not have such style.

If you are sure that this is a Trailer Box, then please try below css:

.trailer_box:hover a::after { opacity: 0 !important; }

But if this won't work, then we definitely need url to page.
