which social icons are you talking about? Those on the action bar in the top or maybe in the bottom in the footer?

so to increase both sizes, please use below css:

#Action_bar .social li a { font-size: 20px !important; }
#Footer .footer_copy .social li a { font-size: 20px !important; }

@pacoiglesias You must pasted code in the wrong place, did a mistake or just did a mistake somewhere in your css section and that's why any code below does not work.
