This could be due to plugins conflict or WooCommerce files are corrupted. We recommend to deactivate all extra plugins except WooCommerce but if this won't help, please update WooCommerce plugin, wordpress and theme files via FTP only because it's the safest method.
We recommend to create clear wordpress again with fresh version of theme and then start again because we have no idea what you did wrong and why files are missing.
Before that, you can do 2 tests:
1. Turn off WooCommerce and leave the BeTheme activated (you see all will be fine) 2. Turn of WooCommerce and switch to default wp theme (you will see exactly the errors in console what means this is not due to theme at all)
