Update 9.2.1

I updated the site to the new 9.2.1 and everything worked well.

When I added the woocommerce plugin, the main menu disappeared.

I tried different solutions, but without success.

As soon I deactivate the plugin, the menu returns to appear.

Any clue?

Looks like there is an issue in the js console what you can see on http://pasteboard.co/18Aa1I2.png

This could be due to plugins conflict or WooCommerce files are corrupted. We recommend to deactivate all extra plugins except WooCommerce but if this won't help, please update WooCommerce plugin, wordpress and theme files via FTP only because it's the safest method.

I followed your instructions disabling all plugins except woocommerce.

All plugins and Theme were uploaded by FTP, but it does not work

I also uploaded WordPress, and woocommerce via FTP and absolutely without plugins but to no avail.

As we see, you did not followed our steps because your files are incomplete. This is what we still got:

"NetworkError: 406 Not Acceptable -http://diymakeupandnails.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/js/jquery-cookie/jquery.cookie.min.js?ver=1.4.1"
TypeError: a.cookie is not a function

We recommend to create clear wordpress again with fresh version of theme and then start again because we have no idea what you did wrong and why files are missing.

Before that, you can do 2 tests:

1. Turn off WooCommerce and leave the BeTheme activated (you see all will be fine)
2. Turn of WooCommerce and switch to default wp theme (you will see exactly the errors in console what means this is not due to theme at all)
