Change action bar background and font color only on desktop

The action bar is white in mobile and gray in desktop.

How can I change action bar in the desktop to be white too (equal mobile)?

I would like to align the icons on center too.

Ok. So to change the action bar background to be white, please use below css:

#Action_bar { background: #FFF !important; }

Social icons and background color are the same and that's why icons are invisible. You must change social icons color then:

#Action_bar .social li a { color: #000 !important; }
