Default Behavior of Hamburger Menu on Mobile

The top menu on iOS is sticking in place even when the user clicks away. In order to dismiss the menu, the user has to click the hamburger icon again. (I see this on Windows 8 and 8.1 too in IE.

Is this the default behavior? Because it's driving my client crazy. ;-)

Hey,

yes, exactly, this is how this menu should work. If you want to close responsive menu, you must click on the same responsive menu button which is responsible for opening menu.

And I guess there's no way to change that behavior? It seems like it would confuse users.

Yes, exactly. There is no option to change this behavior. If you are good in coding, then you can play with theme files.

As we wrote above, this behave can not be changed because we do not have any option for that. If you want to change this, you must modify theme files but this unfortunately is not included into support. So you must do this on your own or you should contact with your website developer if you don't know how.
