Displaying product photo diffrently...

Hello! Im using BeTheme with woocommerce with intention to sell books and im facing 2 problems:

The product photo frame seems to be fixed and zooms on product image, i would like it to use the natural image size (300x440) with no zoom.

Also when using the muffin shop slider again it zooms in and i cant use natural sizes for showcasing the books properly. (meaning they have to fit the frame and im trying to find a way to display full book covers if thats possible).

Another thing i noticed is that when using shop slider on hover it shows only link button and not add-to-cart which will be very usefull.

Hi,

if images sizes are not good enough and you want to change them, you must play with add_image_size() function under functions/theme-functions.php file. This is the only place where you can change images sizes.

I see, how about using add to cart button instead of the link button on shop slider?

Ok I'll leave the slider thing, Although regarding the product image:

I'm trying to find a way to display the book cover properly but in the main product photo

there is a fixed frame that does not fit book cover dimensions.

In one of the shop demos you display the main photos in different dimenseions that are much more

appropriate:

I would like to know how to set the main product photo and shop photos to about the same dimensions

Images sizes for WooCommerce products can be set under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display section.

Already tried that, the frame is still there and the images will not display at proper dimensions...

I just need the image to display at 420x500 instead of 420x485. in demo shop you did just that

Did you used Force Regenerate Thumbnail plugin after this change? Because whenever you change images sizes, you must use this plugin.
