transparent header option not included

Hello,

Could you please let me know how to get the transparent menu option as it is not included in the header style options.

Hi,

if you don`t have transparent header in Theme options > Layout > Header section, it means you got old theme version. Please update to latest version then and all will be fine

shouldn't display an update msg on the themes section?

But we got it of course. Take a loot at http://themeforest.net/item/betheme-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/7758048 and at the bottom of page, you have "Updates & Changelog" section where you have all info about updates. Also if you want to be notified about new versions, in "Downloads" section at Themeforest account, you should check "Get notified by email if this item is updated" field.
