Change the color of the main menu?

I know this sounds like a basic question but I seem to be having a lot of trouble actually changing the color of the main menu. Just for reference I've imported the demo data for the "Energy" pages. Then I've accessed the color tab within the BeTheme Options page but it doesn't seem to be changing. I believe there may be a blue bar image sitting over the top of my color options but as of yet I haven't been able to find where I'd even be able to remove this image if this is actually the problem. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi,

do you use "Custom" skin? Because custom colors works with custom skin only.

Yes, it's definitely set to custom colors. Here's what I've found when I've "Inspected Element"

#Top_bar { background: url(http://prospectsint.com/dev/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/home_energy_header_bgd.jpg) no-repeat top center; }

It's definitely an image covering up my color changes that was imported in with "Energy Demo" but I'm not exactly sure how to get rid of it. I tried deleting the image from the media section but that did not fix the problem. Where can I go to find this bit of code?

However, again. I'm unsure of exactly where I'd go to change these.

If you found custom css, it's for sure under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section and this is the place where from you can remove it or change.
