Factory Demo Data not Importing

Hi There,

Could you please tell me how to import the demo data. It's not importing the factory demo data. When I tick the "Import Attachments" then it says "Page not found". Could you please assists with this.

Also, when I try to import the demo rev slider data, then it give me a white page.

Please assist urgently!

Hi,

please try to import without "Media attachments" because probably your server got some limits and that's why you are unable to import whole demo.

Hi There,

I have increased the size limit and it's still not working. Yesterday I imported the digital one which worked and I just can't import the Factory and it's demo.

Could you please sort this for me as well as the rev slider which is giving me a blank screen.

Other demo may import because probably does not have so many images or videos. This is the reason why some demos may import but some not. We already import Be|Factory demo on our side and it works fine so this is not a problem. What limit you increased exactly? Did you tried to deactivate all plugins and then do the import?

I changed the upload size from 512M to 1GB (The max). I have also tried importing the demo before installing and activating the plugins as well as doing it with them installed and yet there is no hope.

I purchased the theme to use what it says I can do so please assist.

Upload size won't change anything in this case. Some other variables like: upload_max_filesize, max_execution_time, post_max_size, memory_limit should be changed as we know. But because we are not hosting administrators we don't know what other limits may be on your server side. In this case you should contact with your admin.

Except that, we have another solution. Inside betheme.zip/functions/importer/demo/be/ you got simple .xml files and you can import those files via default WP importer which is under Tools > Import section. You will see that will happen exactly the same via importer as our "1 click installation" feature what means something is wrong with your server configuration.

You must have still limits on server side because we already gave you whole solution above. Because the problem is on server side, there is nothing else what we can do in this case.

HI... I'm having the same problem.. Why I try to import it give me a warning

Before starting the import you need to install all plugins that you want to use.
If you are planning to use the shop, please also remember about WooCommerce plugin.

All the plugins are properly installed. How ever when I try to do a demo import it takes me to the initial demo import screen without any changers. I don't get any errors or warning.

@nildood Can you explain what errors you have? Any screenshot of those errors? The link to your site is useless because you have "Maintenance mode" active.

There are no error msgs. It just keeps refreshing to the theme demo import page with no error msgs. The only msg I have is you need to install all plugins that you want to use.
If you are planning to use the shop, please also remember about WooCommerce plugin.

@nildood Did you tried to import layout without MEDIA ATTACHMENTS? Because if you don't have any errors, the problem may be on server side. However, if you tried to import demo without attachments and import does not work as well, please send us private message with dashboard access and we'll have a look on it ourselves.
