Action bar doesn`t show up on mobile (cell phone)

Hi Guys,
my problem is, that action bar doesn`t show up on mobile (cell phone), but shows on tablets and notebooks. I don`t think, that I changed some devices, I am very careful with that. I noticed this problem a few days ago. Before that this issue was ok. My WP is updated.

To set background color for action bar on mobile devices, please use below css:

#Header #Action_bar { background: #11364f !important; }

Thank you, I tried almost everything, but I did not notice, that actionbar`s background was changed.

Hi, I did the same, and the background kept the color alright, thank you.

Now, I noticed that the icons, that in desktops are translucid white, on mobile are dark, almost black and therefore not good.

How can I make the icons keep the same color too?

Just to make sure, I also fixed all the html problems I had with my programer, so there's no loose ends around here. It's all the same.

    color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.3) !important;
}
#Action_bar .contact_details li > i {
    color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.3) !important;
}
