I´m tying to add the item "map" and I´m definitely using the right Google Maps Lat and Google Maps Lng, but there is no map on my site just the empty contact box. Where could be the Problem?
Ok. So this screenshot http://pasteboard.co/GeCHg3T.png should explain everything. Looks like files are corrupted or you pasted lat and lang values wrong way. Maybe you forgot about separator or something similar.
If you are sure that your Lat and Lang values are correct then please deactivate all plugins for a while and check. But if this won't help, then please re-install theme files via FTP.
Ok. I deactivated all my plugins and tried it again after some minutes. Map is still not working. When I will re-install the theme files via FTP, do I have so safe my hole work for not losing them? How?
I re-installed the theme via FTP, but stilll not working. With visual Composer the map is working, but thats not what I want, because it´s without the adress field. What can I do?
