Both sidebar option not working

Hello,

Hopefully you can help me. I wanted to have both sidebars on one of my pages, but for some reason only one would work at a time. I have a left sidebar and a right sidebar. If I select just the left, it works fine. If I select just the right, it works fine. If I select both, just the right appears. I made the sidebars exactly the same to test them out. I followed these instructions - 

Step 1 - Added the sidebars www.pcfcommunity.com/general.png

Step 2 - Added a test menu to each of the widgets www.pcfcommunity.com/widget.png

Step 3 - On the individual page I selected "both sidebars" widget and then selected the proper widget with each sidebar www.pcfcommunity.com/layout.png

Step 4 - After saving everything, only the right sidebar appears www.pcfcommunity.com/result.png

Any ideas as to why this is happening?
