BeCafe Slider on iPad not working as it should.

Hi I have the BeCafe slider working great when using a web browser.

When I try to view the slider on iPad I only get one square slider.

I've tested your demo BeCafe slider on ipad and it works great.

Please can you suggest where I'm going wrong.

Using version revo slider Version 4.6.93 with Betheme 9.1

Hi,

you are using very old slider version which is incompatible with latest WP version (4.3). We recommend to update Revolution Slider and everything should be ok.

I did try upgrading to the latest Revo slider plugin and had issues couple weeks back, I'll try again.

No code needs to be changed on the homepage slider once upgraded?

Is it just a case of upgrading the plugin and the existing slides should work or do they need reimporting?

No codes needs to be changed. Everything must work after updating to latest version of revolution slider.

Thank you for the help....I've updated all plugins and WP and still the same problem.

its almost like the revoslider detects a mobile device and only shows the 1st slider of the 6 sliders used on the BeCafe design.

So I get this

Ok. So please send us private message with access to your dashboard and we'll import this slider ourselves because we are sure it works properly.
