Footer not showing up

Hi there, for some reason the footer isn't showing up regardless of the rules I assign in the builder. Is there something I'm missing here?

Hi,

any url to site where footer does not work? Maybe footer is hidden because of custom css which is under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section?
