1. To add banner in header, you must use "Header Magazine" style and when this header is active, you can set banner under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Extras section.

2,3) For that we need url to site where you want to do this.

3) You can move search above, but it won't look good in our opinion:

    top: -36px !important;
}

Please notice that it is impossible to get the same search as you presented on screenshot.

Yes, you can remove search completely under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Extras section.
