Huge problem with the format of the post

Hello, I need to fix a really huge problem with the format of the post

Every page, category, testimonial category, and client, appear at the top of the page.
I want to remove all these. I want to only put the normal menu.
Tell me how can I do it please

Hi,

if you refer to menu items, you should sort them all under Appearance > Menus section. This looks like you forgot to set Main Menu for your site.

It's probably header background. To remove this section, you must turn on "Header | Minimalist" option under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Header section.

Thank you very much for all the help that you gave me. I need the last help, is about the creation of the sidebar. I put some widget in the blog area in widget section, but the sidebar keep empty. Can you tell me what I Should do to make it in the correct way?

Sorry, but while I fix something, other thing get wrong, so I need to change the "Read more" Text for oher, becasue my website is in spanish. So I need to know where can I find it?

Probably your sidebar got extra characters and that's why widgets disappear. For sidebar names you can use standard characters only.

But to change "Read more" text, please go to Theme options > Translate > Blog & Portfolio section.

We mean, that you can not use any special signs. Just plain letters. So instead of your sidebars names, please use something like sidebar1, etc...

Yes I did it, but nothing happen, can you tell me the steps to can make or use a sidebar.
I can tell you what I did:
1-go to theoptions
2-sidebars
3-add a sidebar
4-name "sidebar1"

And after these steps
I wen to the widget area and I have blog section, i put some widgets in that section. And after nothing happen.

Can you tell me the steps to can make and use correctly the sidebar please.

Looks like you did everything right. If you created new sidebar with sidebar1 name, then under Appearance > Widgets section, you should add widgets into sidebar1 section. And then, if sidebars are ready to use, you can assign them for pages. When you create/edit page, under "Page options" section, you got an option to select sidebar for page.
