Adding Extra Space

Something odd is happening - there is extra space appearing between sections & I can't figure out where it's coming from. In Firefox, at first it doesn't have the extra space. It seems to load normally & then after a second, the extra space jumps in. In Chrome, it seems to load right away with the extra space.

Right after the "View All Our Services" button.

Ok. Please look at the following image http://snag.gy/YPiAu.jpg and you will understand why you got such big space. You set fixed height for elements and in accordance to what you did, all is fine.
