Navigate in the same category, excluding other categories

Hi!
In Theme options I selected "Show | Navigate in the same category (excluding Shop)", but in blog or portfolio single post, when you reach the last post of a certain category the navigation continues showing post from another category. Is it possible to force previous/next navigation to browse through the posts that are only inside the same category and to exclude other categories?

We understand very well what you mean, but like we previously wrote, we need url to this page so we can have a look on it. Looking at the screenshots is sometimes like treat the patient by phone. Sometimes, it is impossible.
