Limit to the number of elements on a page?

I think I have reached it. Our customer added two new personnel to their personnel page and elements of the last listing are disappearing. Is there a setting I can adjust? The site is in development at http://061.e6b.myftpupload.com/our-people/
when you try to replace the lost elements, they just disappear again.

Thanks In advance for your help with this matter.

  • Hi,

this problem is related with limits on server side. Please look at the following topic http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/7689/muffin-builder-items-or-page-options-can-not-be-saved-max-input-vars where this issue has been described.

    Thanks!

    I made the advised changes.
The .htaccess solution broke the site. The .ini solution did nothing.
and our webhost doesn't want to hear about it...

Could you take a look? Here's sftp credentials:

I feel good about the htaccess solution. The recommended code seems incomplete and I don't know how to remedy it.

    Thanks Again for your help.

  • We removed your access because it is not allowed to leave them on forum. This is public section and everyone see your details. We recommend to change access to your FTP because your server may crash in the future as many people saw your access.

In accordance to details, we don't need them because this won't change anything. Like we wrote above, max_input_vars variable must be changed on server side. However, if your admin don't want to hear about that, it means that you are using very poor hosting service and if we were you, we would change such service.
