Ok. We did checked your site and looks like logo is centered because of your css which is located under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section:
http://pasteboard.co/1RhaFzc5.png - that's the answer on your new question. You set something wrong for the MAP item and that's why it does not work. This could be wrong sign or sign in the wrong place or you just got empty space in one of the fields.
Sorry but we do not understand what you mean. What you can not find? What is not clear? Did you saw error in JS console related with MAP? You set empty space in one of the map fields and that's why it does not work properly.
