Regarding the Filter function of Blog, such as in the Home page of BeJournalist - http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/journalist/

(1) Is it possible to open/show all category items when the page is loaded (instead of clicking the down-arrow to open the categories)?

(2) Is it possible to freeze the Filter row just below the sticky main menu when the page is scrolled down?
