Menu Bar cannot show on the top

I don't know why the menu bar cannot show on the top... maybe it is covered by the slider...
I can set it on the right and see through mobile. There are some problem on the menu bar as well. (Cannot be clicked)

Please help and support

no, it's not covered. Your header does not display because of the errors in JS console. You can check them on http://pasteboard.co/2oL9L9t1.png

We are not your admin or website developer so we don't know what you did exactly. You should start from plugins deactivation but if this won't help, you supposed to look for a problem deeper on server side. However, if you don't know how to fix it, you should contact with your website developer.
