Transparent Main Menu Background

Hello,

i would like to make semi-transparent the main menu background (65% alpha).
I use the BeElectric demo and i choose a "Classic Layout" (cos i need more height for my logo).

I try with

#Top_bar { background-color: rgba(0,0,0,.65) !important; }

}

but it does not work!

Hi,

with Classic header style, it is not possible because slider is below header, not behind. That's why transparency won't work in this case.

thanks. i'm trying to find a solution...

1) if i choose "transparent" and i use #Top_bar:not(.is-sticky) { top: 0 !important; } in order to make the black transparent bar in the top of the page, is possible to make the menu voices (not the black bar) a little bit more distant from the top of the page?

2) if i choose "fixed", is possible to make the bar higher in order to have a bigger logo?

1) If we are thinking about the same, it is necessary to modify theme files to get what you want.

2) With custom CSS, this should be possible.

Ok. So to increase fixed header, please use below css:

.header-fixed #Top_bar { height: 80px !important; }
#Top_bar.is-sticky { height: 80px !important; }
.header-fixed #Top_bar #logo img { max-height: 70px !important; }

thanks... and is possible to center text and logo (now are too much near the top of the page...)

You can move them with:

.menuo-right #Top_bar .menu_wrapper { margin-top: 10px !important; }
.header-fixed #Top_bar .logo { margin-top: 5px !important; }
