Import option doesn't work

I used the export option from Import & Export -> Export options -> Download button, and now i'm trying to import the file and doesn't work.

I try using the "Import from file" and "Import from url" and doesn't work. No result message.

Ideas?

Hi,

please use COPY button instead of Download and just try to copy options within text between the themes.

yes because is a copy of the same website.

we install the wordpress on http://devel.xxxxxxxxxxxx.com and we are movint the website to http://www.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com

If i edit the exported content and remove the content of the "custom-css" field i can import the configuration.

So if the problem was with custom css section, then maybe you did mistakes in that section and that's why it can not be imported/exported properly? This is the most likely reason.

New issue: two days ago the theme configuration was ok, but today is missing! css, positions, logo... all the configuration changed for the default values :S

We did checked your site already and everything is fine. As we see, you are using cache which could be the reason of your problems. To be honest, we did never met with anything similar so disappearing configuration must be related with one of your plugins.

We see what you mean but unfortunately we have no idea what may cause this because we did never met with anything like this. Did you tried to move this site on other server for tests and do not use any extra plugins?

I disabled the external plugins but i still getting the same results.

Now i'm updating betheme. From 10.6 to 10.8. Wish me luck.

I checked every line of the access_log between the hours of the changes. I visit every url... and... nothing!

I think is something with the wp-cron.php. Does Betheme use the cron?

No, theme does not use any cron. It is not allowed.

SOLVED!

My fault.

I developed the site at http://devel.domain.com and copied to http://www.domain.com.

But I didn't remove the subdomain and some spider visited the http://devel.domain.com and trigger some code.
