BE WebDesign not fully Responsive

Please see my website at http://www.stickybrain.com.
Can you tell me why the bg stock image of the woman looking at her cell phone and the footer "new" SIGN IN elements are not responsive on mobile?
I have confirmed that Responsive is turned ON, but these elements do not appear on smartphones and tablets.

Hi,

these backgrounds simply does not exist what you can see on http://pasteboard.co/35I0CDz.png and that's the reason why do not appear. Also please notice, that these these backgrounds were made with css and that's why won't never been responsive. It's technically not possible to make css backgrounds responsive.

Your answer, "these backgrounds simply does not exist" is not the answer and it's not true! They exist! See them here:

And I have simply installed your Demo files (images) and they are visible when I load your demo page, but they are not visible on my installed website. Please help me solve this!

Yes, it is the answer of course and this is the only proper answer. Have you seen the screenshot we sent you above? We did checked the code of your site and the links to those backgrounds are as following:

Where backgrounds are then? We are sure that anyone who will try to open above links, won't be able to see any image.

So we are sorry but we do not understand what you expect exactly from us. The links to these backgrounds does not work what we proved above. The same errors you can see in JS console http://pasteboard.co/3oYHVJj.png but this is not what comes with pre-made layouts. If you are sure that these images exist on FTP, you supposed to contact with your admin and ask why these images can not be opened in web browsers.

WOW! I just cut and pasted the missing image URLs into my browser and the images appeared! But as you said, they were NOT in my server. That's really weird! So I saved the missing images and uploaded them to my server and now they appear properly. VERY odd, but working now, thank you.
