I do not have the table shortcode in my Muffin builder although your theme demo shows that this is included in the betheme. I have the latest version of your theme, so how is this possible?
there is no shortcodes for table, because the shortcode would look exactly the same as html. There would be no differences between shortcode and html code in this case. We suggest to look at http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/3853/adding-a-table-block where we explained how to create tables.
Thanks, I found the discussion on your forum on how to make a plain table, but where do I put this css in my childtheme? I copy-pasted it in "style.css" of my child theme but that does not work...
Found it myself :-), although there is one thing that i cannot find how to remove it:
the first row of the table still shows a yellow color on hover and I do not want that, I already added in my css: table tr:hover td { color: #6E6262; background: none; }
but when I look with Firebug I still see it mentions: table tr:hover td {background: #f4d742 none repeat scroll 0 0; }

So how can I solve this? What am I doing wrong?
This is the webpage, the hover is on the "Manicure" rows
