SEO Problem

Hi,
I have a seo problem. I installed seo by yoast for the snippet editor. This works except for the fact that on every page the term 'bakblade' is placed after the seo-title. This looks very strange. See example 1 and 2
Do you have any idea what I can do about this?
The other problem is that there is still a betheme promo text in my seo snippet for the homepage. My SEO by yoast settings are fine and 'use built in fields' on the seo tab (betheme options) is turned off. Do you know what I have to do to change it?

not sure if this is the reason but you may forgot to activate "Force rewrite titles" option for Yoast plugin and that could be the reason why the title looks like that. Also, you should remember to deactivate built-in SEO fields under Theme options > SEO section when you use Yoast.
