"Post comment" not showing up in "Leave a Reply" section

Seems to only happen on medium-large screens. Seems to only be a responsive issue as the button shows up on mobile browsers.

Hello! I have the same issue, and it's bugging me out hard.

Please reply to me as soon as possible.

Go to the link below and take a look at "leave a reply" section as a guest.

When I'm logged on, the button shows up with no problem.

But when you try to leave a comment as a guest, it requires Name, e-mail, Website and the post comment button is missing.
