Please paste below code in Theme Options > Custom CSS

.title_wrapper {
    padding: 0 !important;
    text-align: center;
}

.widget > h3 {
    text-align: center;
}

Can I change the color of the blog title?

Both blog page and blog post page.

For single post pages, you can change it with:

.post-header .title_wrapper h1 { color: #000 !important; }

but what is the link to your blog page?

.post-desc .post-title h2 a { color: #000 !important; }
