Header Image is not displayed completely

Hello, if I insert a Header Image 2000 x 400 it is not displayed completely. It is cut! What I need to adjust, so that it appears completely?

So we completely don't get it then. We thought that this is what you are looking for. If you image is still cut, use smaller image in width then maybe?

But what you mean "cut"? Width or height? Because you still did not explained what you mean.

On our demo, we use 1920x372 size for header backgrounds.
