Big padding on testimonail section (firefox)

Hello,
I encoutner problem when i use testimonail section and open website via firefox. Padding box take height of highest of testimonial and its very big. On chrome it looks nice.

Hi,

this is how Testimonials item works exactly. So what you recommend? To set fixed height for this item so the content on some of testimonials would be cut? Because this is what would be only possible.

Thank you for replay - Hmm , is there a way to force plugin to hide this max padding from beginning? I notice that when testimonial is fresh loaded there is indeed padding of the highest item - but if you use arrows and go to same start testimonial, padding is decreased . Please see screenshots . It is possible to simple set this padding only for this first item when block is fresh loaded ?

We are sorry but this is not possible unfortunately at this moment. We will try to do something with that while future updates.

I have the same problem, the height of testimonials at the first load is the same of the longest testimonial until you clic on other testimonial. Is there any way to fix this?

You can see the problem in http://coeducare.com/newsite4/ in the bigest sizes of screen it´s not a problem, when you see in smaller devices or screen sizes the white space under the testimonials is too big until you change to the next testimonial.

You must update theme then because it has been fixed in version 11.

I´ve downloaded the last version 11.4 and upgraded theme folder but i´m still having the same problem. If you can check this url http://coeducare.com/newsite4/ you´ll see. am i doing anything wrong? I followed step by step twice with the same result.

But this is how it supposed to work now. There is always few additional pixels in the bottom that can not be removed on start at this moment unfortunately.

I understand there is always few additional pixels in the bottom and it does´nt very important in bigger screen sizes but in smaller screen sizes (like smartphones) there are too much, i think the fix isnt working, i´ve made two screenshots, once at first load, second after move fordward to the next testimonial. The item takes the biggest testimonial height by default until you move to the next. Can you check the screenshots please? Thanks a lot.

Ok, we see what you mean. To be honest, we didn't saw it on mobile. We will take a look on it closer soon once again, specially on mobiles.
