Empty block in menu

Cheers,
The following problem arises in the menu on the web http://devtp.trialpanel.com.
In the dropdown under "Online Market Research" I am testing the first item "post launch TrialPanel report" with a table and a "a href" to all content but creates an empty block above it. In the HTML I see an empty tag is created "<a> <span> </ span> </a>" You know how to remove these labels?

    we are sorry but we don't know how you did it exactly and what may be the problem. Maybe you should look for a problem inside Appearance > Menus section itself? BeTheme does not have any impact on this section so the problem is for sure not related with theme.
