Regarding SEO in BeTheme when Yoast is activated.

Hi Support!

I understand that when activating the "Yoast SEO" plugin, it is required to turn off

the "Use built-in fields" in the Betheme Options .

My question:

Would it turn off everything related to SEO?

More particularly:

I have the Google Analytics code set in this page:

should i cut and paste it to the Yoast configuration?

Hi,

no, if you will turn built-in seo fields off, you won't be able to use built-in description and keywords fields only. There is no need to move GA code as well.

Do I need or not to turn it off if I am using the Yoast plug in?

Can they both work in conjunction?

Yes, if you use Yoast, you need to turn off built-in seo fields.

I would appreciate it very much if you (or anyone who sees this message and can help) could elaborate and clarify :

1. If you turn off "built-in seo fields" - can we still add Muffin SEO Title, Description and Keywords on each page and does it work in conjunction with Yoast ?

2. If you turn off "built-in seo fields": can we leave the Google Analytics Code on "Betheme Options > SEO" and do we have to insert the code just on Betheme or on Yoast or both?

1. If you turn off built-in seo fields, you can not still add Muffin SEO Title, Description and Keywords. After deactivating this feature, you can use external plugin only.

2. Yes, after built-in seo fields deactivation, you can leave Google Analytics Code in SEO section. This would be fine and visible for Google of course.
