Favicon not showing in Admin Panel

The favicon is visible on my front end, but not my back end.
How can I make it visible when the admin panel is open?

    Hi Eric,

    unfortunately it is not possible to display favicon in the back-end. This icon can be displayed on your front end only.

    Actually, I don't understand.

    My current theme displays the favicon on the backend.  I am building my new website using Betheme on a subdomain.  So I have two themes on the same web server.  On displays the favicon on the backend and one does not.  The one that does not is "Betheme".

    The favicon is very handy when there are many tabs open.  Please help me resolve this.
