how can i display some social icons in a footer widget, as seen in the documentation?

which social icons you mean exactly? On our demo, we got 2 different types of them in different places.

Can i use muffinbuilder stuff in the footer of the site. In the documentation or demo (can´t remember) are social icons in the footer. How to archive this?

I tried the muffinbuilder iconbar (via the other pagebuilder), but the icons are huge and round. In the demo they were smaller and squares. Can i use the generated shortcodes in general although in my footer?

You can not use Muffin Builder in the footer but you can use some raw shortcodes. What you are talking about is Icon Bar shortcode. The list of all shortcodes you can find under []+ button which is included into wp default editor and in the doc.
