Be-theme actionbar will not change color

Hi, I try to change the actionbar color on Be-theme. The new color is set in theme-options and saved. But no actionbar colorchange take place. I guess this can be fixed with some code somewhere, but what code and where....?

    Hi,

    got the same problem.

Changed color in BeTheme Options for the action bar, but nothing happens. It makes no difference if i choose "custom color" or "in the skin section or "one color skin".

Using BeTheme Version 1.6 (with active child theme, but with no custom code so far) with Chrome on Mac.

I can see with webinspector, that the correct color is showing up in the code but you can not see it at the live page. I guess, something is overwriting the settings.

No special plugins running. WPBakery Visual Composer plugin is deactivated.

Would appreciate any feedback or help,

    thanks
    Michael

  • Hi Michael, I think this may be a CSS setting, if you visit the following:

Appearance > BeTheme Options > Custom CSS & JS

If not and your certain it's set, then do a cache refresh (Ctrl + F5)

    Hope I can help.

  • @multidomins Do what @LUMABranding suggested because he might be right. Also, we suggest to update theme because 1.6 version is very very old. The newest one is 11.5
  • sorry for the wrong version number.. it was the one from the child theme :)

i am using 11.2, so far.

thanks for the hint with the custom css field. Indeed, there is some code placed.

I guess this happened because i installed some demo data. And this has installed the custom css settings, too.

    regards
    Michael
  • That could be the reason of course :)
