Right to Left and One Click Installation Configuration

I hope this finds you well.
I have purchased BeTheme recently and spent the last four days trying to configure the theme, my website has been under constructions status so please treat this with urgency.
I do have plently of questions for you but in this post I am sharing key questions which are stopping me from going live.
- You advertised that the theme comes with RTL automatically configured, now after I have installed the SEO theme using the one click import tool the theme does not look in RTL shape, I'm also using Timeline as main interface for my blog page which is also not RTL configured. Please give me the solution here ASAP.
- Currently I have menus appearing at the top (Buy, Layouts) which I did not create and they link to your website, how do I fix this?
Generally speaking the documentation page you have isn't useful and that's because it does not walk you through how to configure the theme but rather it gives a quick brief on what each option does.

1. Please provide the link to page where elements are not RTL so we can have a look on it. And yes, we advertise theme as RTL because it is what you can see on http://demo.rtl-maker.net/be/ (some changes were made by native RTL speaker).
2. Probably you imported demo with links. You can change those links under Appearance > Menus section where all menu items are.
