How can i link logo on sticky menu to a wrap div?

Hi everyone, i'm working on this website: http://www.thefootballexperience.cl/ based on "pole dance theme". I need to link sitcky logo to my initial wrap and move website to the top. I try with logo link but it's doesn't do the parallax effect.

I fix the issue.

In the file includes/header-top-area.php I change this value on logo parameters:

LINE 99: $logo_before = '<a id="logo" href="#Wrapper' .'" title="'. get_bloginfo( 'name' ) .'">';

How can i apply the "parallax" effect on these id / link? Any ideas?

We are glad to hear that your solution works. If you mean to apply nice scroll effect, you can try class="scroll" for above item.
