One Page Menu Link Issue

Hello there!

So, I've got 2 websites that are identical. I created www.SagarChoksi.com and then in a subfolder created www.sagarchoksi.com/new (New being the new website)

I had trouble moving the subfolder to the root and getting rid of root files so I decided to recreate the entire website on www.sagarchoksi.com. However, even with all the settings and page exports I did from New to the original, I'm still facing 1 issue.

The menu highlights on www.sagarchoksi.com are all yellow and do not link to the appropriate sections on the page. I need it to be like www.sagarchoksi.com/new. Opening both pages side by side will show you what I mean. 

I've gone into Pages and already set where it should go, I've done the hashtag part in the menu. Both the sites are the same. CSS and everything. I can't figure out why this part alone isn't working. Also, in the .com site, it doesn't slide to the appropriate sections as it does in /new.

Any ideas?
