Can not run betheme on webhoster

hi i bought betheme for my new webproject.

After the download i could not upload the theme...i fixed that by increasing PHP_Max Post_Size to 38MB and Max upload size to 38MB. that worked....

But i could not install a demo template or even the default layer, whwn i open the betheme options its just empty, even on betheme demo data it shows nothing about the import....

all plugins are installed i increased with my webhoser theWP memory limit to 128MB and the PHP Max Input Var to 3000,

still it is not working.....

has anyone an idea how to get it up and running??

Hi,

please go to Appearance > System Status section and check if all settings are set properly on server side. If not, you need to contact with your admin to increase necessary variables.

There is just the max script time out...it is on 30 and recommended is 180....

the webhoster says if i need to increase this value i have to upgrade to an own server....on the normal webhosting account that value could not be increased

If that value can not be increased, it means that your server is really poor because this value is definitely too low.
